Why is there a charge for $39.95 when I only signed up for the trial membership?

If you don’t cancel your free trial membership within the 7-day trial period, you will be charged a membership fee for each month that you continue the membership. The reason you were charged is that you elected not to cancel your membership before the trial period ended. We try to make our billing policies as clear as possible, and alert you of our recurring membership policy before and after you initially signed up for the free trial membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, sign in to RushPDF.com and click on “My Account”. You should then see a button that reads “Cancel”. Instructions are also contained in the email sales receipt provided upon sign up.

Is this a scam?

No, this is not a scam. We go to great lengths to include membership disclosures on our website and via email. We also ask that our customers agree to our terms and conditions before the transaction can be completed to further ensure the customers understand the agreement.
