Notice of Right to Opt Out of “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information
RushPDF respects your privacy and is committed to giving you meaningful control over your personal information.
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), effective January 1, 2023, provides California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of that information for advertising purposes. Similar rights exist under privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Tennessee, and other states.
- RushPDF collects personal information when you use our services, as described in our Privacy Notice. We use advertising measurement tools — including Google Ads and Bing — which may process limited technical data such as click identifiers and conversion events to measure advertising performance. This may be considered “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use your data for behavioral advertising or remarketing.
- Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request a report of the personal information we hold about you, opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising measurement purposes, and request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within 45 days.
- If you are not a registered user of RushPDF, we have limited information about you and do not share your personal information with advertising partners beyond standard anonymous measurement data.
If you have any questions about our data practices, please contact us at [email protected].
Note: We are currently building a self-service privacy portal that will allow you to manage your privacy preferences directly within your account. This will be available within the coming weeks.
